Responsibilities
Managing the full lifecycle of integration projects, from evaluation to documentation and support
Working closely with various teams, including partners, vendors, and the engineering team to ensure the success of each integration
Helping customers streamline their business processes by integrating employee information with their other systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience producing software scope/specification documentation
Conversant in software development and different integration technologies
Ability to motivate teams
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to provide constructive feedback to promote product development
Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members
Preferred
Experience with HCM or SQL Server
