Responsibilities
Develop and optimise dietary supplement formulations across multiple delivery formats
Support customer-driven formulation projects from concept through pilot and commercial scale
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth scale-up, validation, and manufacturing readiness
Partner with quality and regulatory teams to ensure formulations meet cGMP and compliance standards
Conduct stability testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities
Maintain detailed formulation documentation and technical reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
3–7+ years of formulation experience within dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, food, or pharmaceutical environments
Strong hands-on experience with powder blends, encapsulation, tableting, and excipient selection
Working knowledge of cGMP, stability testing, and regulatory considerations for dietary supplements
Experience supporting scale-up and technology transfer into manufacturing
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
