Responsibilities
Design and execute strategies to fill the pipeline
Own the full funnel from awareness to booking
Create high-performing lead magnets that drive inbound
Build Tandem's presence across LinkedIn, X, and communities
Create content that converts — written, visual, and video (short-form for LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
Run launches (Product Hunt, etc.)
Manage CEO's LinkedIn/X presence
Recruit and enable a network of mini-creators, influencers, and entrepreneurs to amplify Tandem's reach
Build repeatable playbooks they can execute
Create a flywheel where our best users become our best evangelists
Identify and nurture agencies and consultants who can implement Tandem for their clients
Help them succeed and turn them into a scalable distribution channel
Set up the marketing tech stack, tracking, SEO/SEM, paid channels, website optimization
Partnerships, marketing events/webinars, new channel experimentation
Eventually build your own team
Qualification
Required
1-5 years in growth, content, or GTM
Track record of driving measurable results at early-stage companies
You write copy that converts
You're comfortable with Figma/Canva/basic video
You've run successful launches
You understand how to build and leverage networks
You've recruited creators, managed influencer relationships, or built ambassador programs
You know how to create playbooks others can replicate
You use AI tools daily but know when not to
You understand AI buyers
You get SEO, SEM, analytics, tracking
You can hack things together with no-code tools
You know how to drive results without big budgets
You've grown something from zero with creativity and hustle
You genuinely care about how people experience software
You'd be thinking about this problem even if you didn't get the job
