Solution Sales Manager, Europe
Groundhawk is a company specializing in 3D scanning and AI-driven reality capture for infrastructure projects across Europe. They are seeking a Solution Sales Manager to enhance their sales execution by engaging with customers and partners, driving sales opportunities, and supporting the development of an AI-supported SaaS sales model.

Responsibilities
Actively engaging with customers and partners
Driving sales opportunities from demo to deal
Owning RFQs and tender processes
Building AI-supported inbound and outbound sales together with marketing
Run customer meetings and product demos and drive your own sales opportunities
Support and enable local sales partners and joint customer activities
Develop sales materials and positioning together with marketing
Own RFQ and tender processes end to end
Build and use AI agent–based inbound and outbound sales processes
Help structure and scale Groundhawk’s SaaS sales model
Participate in key customer and industry meetings; some travel is required
Qualification
Required
Experience in B2B SaaS or technical solution sales with strong customer-facing skills
Ability to clearly communicate technical value to business and operational decision-makers
Experience working with partners, resellers or system integrators
Fluency in English
Preferred
Familiarity with RFQ / tender processes (strong advantage)
Interest in applying AI tools and agents in sales work
A structured, proactive approach and comfort managing multiple parallel deals
German is a strong plus
Finnish, Swedish and other European languages are also valued
