Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and delivery of industrial water and wastewater projects from concept through construction
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and quality across multiple disciplines
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding projects with professionalism and technical insight
Mentor and develop engineers and technical staff, fostering growth and innovation within the team
Apply advanced technical knowledge to optimize treatment processes and facility design
Qualification
Required
Minimum 15 years of experience in process engineering and consulting, with proven success in water and wastewater projects
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Deep technical expertise in advanced treatment processes and industrial facility design
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, present technical concepts clearly, and influence decisions
Preferred
Experience with data center water systems is a strong plus and would be of particular interest
