The Program Coordinator Fellow will assist in launching a pilot initiative aimed at providing housing and workforce development support, working closely with the Founder & CEO to coordinate sessions and track participant outcomes.

Responsibilities
Support coordination of weekly life skills and workforce development sessions
Assist with participant intake, onboarding, and case documentation
Track program data, outcomes, and attendance
Support outreach to employer, university, and community partners
Assist with grant reporting and institutional communications
Help document program processes and systems for future scaling
Qualification
Required
Senior undergraduate or graduate student in social work, public policy, nonprofit management, education, psychology, business, or related field
Strong organizational, communication, and professionalism skills
Interest in housing stability, workforce development, or youth services
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup nonprofit environment
