Responsibilities
Complete daily tasks including answering phones and emails, screening callers, and managing documents
Provide basic administrative support, which includes coordinating activities and meetings, preparing expense reports, processing invoices, and contacting team members
Perform routine clerical duties, such as reviewing and submitting suite orders into our system
Oversee vendor appointments, maintenance, and environmental upkeep for offices
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment
Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic math skills
Preferred
No high school diploma or GED required
