Seren Realty Co. is seeking an experienced Associate Broker to support brokerage operations and agent development while contributing to the firm's growth across New England. Responsibilities

Assist with oversight of transactions to ensure compliance with state regulations, brokerage policies, and ethical standards
Review contracts, disclosures, and transaction files as delegated
Support agent questions related to contracts, procedures, and best practices
Help maintain brokerage policies, systems, and operational standards
Serve as a resource for agents on pricing strategy, negotiations, and client communication
Support onboarding and training of new agents and apprentices
Reinforce productivity systems, CRM usage, and professional standards
Provide guidance during inspections, appraisals, and complex transactions
Maintain active personal production in alignment with brokerage standards
Support high-level buyer, seller, investor, and developer-facing transactions
Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy and market analysis
Represent Seren Realty’s brand values internally and externally
Support recruiting efforts through mentorship and leadership presence
Assist with special projects related to training, operations, or expansion
Act as a point of leadership in the Founder’s absence when appropriate

Required

Active Associate Broker or Broker license in Rhode Island (MA and/or CT preferred or willing to obtain)
Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience
Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and transaction management
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and support agents
Professional demeanor with strong communication and organizational skills
Developer-facing or new construction experience a plus

Preferred

CLHMS, RENE, PSA, SRS®, MRP, ABR or similar professional designations
Experience working within a boutique or growth-oriented brokerage
Leadership, training, or instructional background
