Sponsorship and Partnership Manager (Commission-Based)

The USA Crown is a premier national pageant system dedicated to empowering remarkable women through opportunities in leadership, advocacy, brand partnerships, and global representation. They are seeking a results-driven Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager who will lead the charge in identifying, pitching, and closing sponsorship and partnership deals that elevate their national presence.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential sponsors aligned with The USA Crown’s mission (lifestyle brands, beauty, fashion, empowerment, media, broadcast partners, etc.)
Build and nurture a robust sponsorship pipeline
Craft tailored sponsorship proposals, decks, and value packages
Pitch to local, national, and international brands and secure sponsorships
Ensure sponsor deliverables are executed with excellence (brand integrations, social media features, event activations, signage, on-stage recognition)
Maintain positive, long-term relationships to drive renewals
Negotiate terms that are beneficial for both The USA Crown and sponsor partners
Identify opportunities for upsells, expanded packages, and multi-year agreements
Provide regular updates on outreach, pipeline status, closed deals, and partner satisfaction
Track ROI, impressions, activations, and engagement metrics

Required

Proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnership development, or business development (sports, entertainment, media, events, or similar experience helpful)
Comfortable working in a commission-based role with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
Ability to craft compelling sponsor presentations and negotiate terms
Comfortable using CRM tools to track pipeline and outreach (HubSpot, Airtable, etc.)
A passion for events, women's empowerment, and national advocacy
