Responsibilities
Lead the US finance function end to end
Act as senior finance partner to the US CEO
Own project and contract accounting, WIP, revenue, margins and cash
Lead reporting, controls, FP&A and forecasting
Manage and develop a team of 5–6
Work closely with the Group CFO on group reporting and PE requirements
Qualification
Required
CPA or equivalent
Experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader
Background in project-led, contract-based or services environments
Strong US GAAP and commercial mindset
Hands-on, pragmatic and comfortable owning the full remit
Happy being office based in Spartanburg
