Responsibilities
Create and run social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms
Launch athlete-led viral campaigns and ambassador programs
Build and manage community (Discord, Telegram, referral challenges, fan engagement)
Turn athletes and fans into creators and advocates
Track growth metrics, test content, and iterate fast
Qualification
Required
Have grown a brand, creator, or online community
Understand TikTok, Shorts, and algorithm-driven growth
Love sports, creators, or fan communities
Want to build something meaningful—and own a piece of it
Have experience in sports, NIL, creator economy, partnerships, or high-growth startups
Love deal-making, growth strategy, and building from scratch
Want real ownership and long-term upside
Are comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote startup environment
