Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation of full-stack features spanning ASP.NET Core APIs, Razor/Blazor, and standards-based HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Define and evolve UI architecture and design patterns for enterprise-scale security solutions
Drive engineering excellence: testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and documentation
Partner with PMs, designers, and platform teams to translate customer scenarios into technical plans
Champion accessibility (a11y), localization, and performance best practices across UI components
Mentor engineers on coding standards, design principles, and secure development practices
Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for pragmatic innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C#, ASP.NET Core, and JavaScript/TypeScript
OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, ASP.NET Core, and JavaScript/TypeScript
OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, ASP.NET Core, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Hands-on experience building reusable components and contributing to design systems
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, secure coding, and performance optimization
Experience with Blazor, React, or similar frameworks
Familiarity with Azure services (App Service, AKS, Functions, AAD)
Background in security domains or enterprise-scale applications
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor engineers
