Amazon advertising manager
Responsibilities
Run full-funnel Amazon media for high-growth beauty and wellness brands
Launch and scale campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP
Connect media performance to actual business results (TACoS, new-to-brand, search rank, etc.)
Collaborate with strategy, creative, and marketplace teams to drive real growth
Help build the kind of cross-channel engine that’s rare in this industry
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in performance media, with deep Amazon Ads experience (DSP a must)
Can own planning and execution without constant oversight
Understands how advertising fits inside a bigger growth machine—from inventory to creative to margin
Thrives in a high-trust, no hand-holding remote environment
Preferred
You've touched Google, Meta, or TikTok and get how they influence Amazon (and vice versa)
