Responsibilities
Lead daily launch and hold crews accountable to timely departures
Inspect trucks, equipment, and materials for quality, accuracy, and safety
Coordinate with Field Supervisor, Coordinator, and Yard Supervisor to ensure efficient scheduling and job readiness
Support crews in the field as needed and ensure work meets JMdl and OSHA standards
Review foreman reports, approve payroll, and monitor labor hours against estimates
Qualification
Required
3+ years supervisory experience in landscape installations
Strong plant identification skills
OSHA 10 required
Preferred
OSHA 30 preferred
