Responsibilities
Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success. Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives
Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge
Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions
Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies
Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner
Manage the entire sales process from lead to project completion
Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel
Qualification
Required
Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years
No degree or certification is needed
Strong personal sales track record
Willing to follow our proven sales system
Communicates well with others
Mon - Sat, 9am - 6pm
Able to work rotating Saturdays
