Provisioning Analyst
PGS Worldwide is hiring a Provisioning Analyst in Sterling Heights, MI for a 12-month contract-to-hire position. This role supports the creation and management of Logistics Management Information (LMI) data, ensuring accurate and compliant provisioning for complex military systems.

Responsibilities
Execute provisioning efforts for assigned programs, including research, development, preparation, and maintenance of parts data
Develop and update Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) and related LMI deliverables
Prepare and manage the technical portion of spare parts lists, Repair Parts and Special Tools Lists (RPSTLs), and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs)
Enter, manipulate, and maintain provisioning data in compliance with applicable military standards and customer requirements
Participate in provisioning conferences, validation events, and internal/external customer meetings
Analyze spare and repair part requirements, preparing cost and schedule estimates as needed
Identify, track, and incorporate configuration changes from engineering and manufacturing updates
Ensure compliance with AR 700-series regulations, MIL-STD-13882B, GEIA-STD-0007, and related standards
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure technical accuracy and data completeness
Contribute to continuous improvement in provisioning data processes and logistics documentation practices
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience applying Military Standards for LMI data development
Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical data packages
Strong understanding of provisioning processes, including spare parts identification and documentation
Ability to define and forecast support requirements for complex defense systems
Experience using Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR) tools, including SLICwave
Familiarity with logistics design influence and integration across engineering disciplines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMI-related software applications
Strong communication skills to support customer meetings, validations, LSA/LSAR reviews, and demonstrations
Associate degree in a relevant discipline with 6+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
Military experience in logistics, maintenance, or supply chain management may be accepted in lieu of formal education
Preferred
Experience with defense provisioning systems and LMI applications
Awareness or working knowledge of the ten Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements
Familiarity with Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), Repair Parts and Special Tools Lists (RPSTLs), and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs)
Experience forecasting spares, repairs, and maintenance requirements
Understanding of Army and DoD logistics regulations and documentation standards
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
