Qualification
Required

9+ years of Labor & Employment experience
Strong defense-side background advising employers
Experience reviewing employment provisions in M&A, contracts, and employment agreements
Demonstrated career stability and long-term commitment
Texas Bar required
Preferred
Portable book of business (preferred, not required)
Well-rounded L&E skill set with depth in employer counseling and disputes
