Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform focused on making donations to nonprofits fast and accessible. They are seeking an IT Project Manager to coordinate development efforts, monitor team performance, and communicate between Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues.

Responsibilities
Take part in building the roadmap. Understand who’s overloaded and who has more capacity, which team can take on tasks, and which one is better left untouched for the next month
Coordinate development. Know what is being worked on, who’s working on it, where the bottlenecks are, or what’s missing
Monitor alignment with the plan, people’s performance, and commitments. Spot recurring process issues and improve them
Communicate with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues. Answer questions about when something will be ready or what’s blocking progress. Help remove those blockers
Qualification
Required
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience
A technical background — you understand how web services work, what JS, TS, UML, JSON, and other such acronyms mean. You should be a developer in the past
You know how to make reports and can write simple scripts for data analysis. Google Sheets and SQL are your friends
Strong organizational skills
You can write long but clear documents and coordinate teamwork
Your English is at C1 level: you don't struggle to find words and can confidently discuss any technical topics
