Office & Data Manager

Paddle Antrim is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and mission-driven Office and Data Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our growing nonprofit. This role plays a key part in keeping our systems running smoothly—from office administration and data management to financial recordkeeping—so our team can focus on protecting waterways and connecting people to them through paddle sports.

Responsibilities

Manage office equipment, supplies, inventory, and organization
Process incoming and outgoing mail, including payments and receipts
Respond to general phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly
Provide administrative and logistical support for fundraising activities
Maintain required administrative and compliance reporting for state and federal agencies
Provide administrative support to staff and board members
Coordinate vendor relationships related to office operations
Oversee routine software updates and subscriptions with vendors and service providers
Manage Little Green Light, Google Drive, and other organizational databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
Assist with project and task management using project management software
Conduct bookkeeping and prepare monthly and year-end financial reports using QuickBooks Online
Maintain organized financial records to support Paddle Antrim’s annual financial review
Assist with the Ripple Effect Mini Grant Program and other grant tracking and reporting as requested
Other related duties as assigned

Required

Commitment to Paddle Antrim's mission
Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Online
High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (business or nonprofit field ideal)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively
