Responsibilities
Architecture + delivery of WON.ai’s core Intelligence Layer
Production-grade RAG + retrieval infrastructure
Data ingestion, enrichment, trait extraction, and human-in-the-loop labeling workflows
Engineering execution for enterprise client implementations
Building the engineering org: hiring, culture, cadence, quality standards
Security + reliability posture (enterprise-ready)
Qualification
Required
10+ years engineering experience, including leadership at scale
Deep experience in data infrastructure + AI systems in production
Strong architecture instincts with a pragmatic ship-fast mindset
Preferred
Bonus if you've built in / around Databricks ecosystems
lakehouse/warehouse architectures
Snowflake ecosystems
orchestration tooling (Dagster/Airflow/dbt)
vector DBs + hybrid retrieval + reranking
evaluation harnesses / regression testing for LLM systems
