Responsibilities
Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for IT products/platforms
Gather requirements and translate business needs into clear user stories & acceptance criteria
Work closely with engineering teams to drive end-to-end delivery (Agile/Scrum)
Lead product discovery through customer/stakeholder interviews and data analysis
Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, performance, reliability, and engagement
Manage priorities across multiple teams and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate release planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and product iterations
Qualification
Required
4–8+ years of experience in Product Management / IT Product Management
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, and systems integration
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
Ability to align product goals with business outcomes and stakeholder expectations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Productboard (or similar)
Preferred
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience building internal enterprise tools or B2B platforms
Knowledge of compliance/security best practices
