Responsibilities
Guiding clients through mortgage loan options and assisting with all phases of the loan origination process
Assessing client financial information
Advising on loan products
Initiating loan applications
Collaborating with the underwriting team
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and experience in Loan Origination, including initiating and managing loan applications
Background in Mortgages and Loans, with the ability to assist clients in selecting suitable financing solutions
Understanding of Underwriting and Finance processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a hybrid setting
Preferred
Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
