New Grad, Entry LevelHoly Angels is in search of an entry level Development Coordinator who will work under the direction of the Development Director. The Development Coordinator will be responsible for managing volunteers, coordinating events, and overseeing employee engagement and marketing efforts for the facility.

Responsibilities
Manage and Coordinate Employee Engagement for the organization
Work with the Committee to reward and recognize employees
Plan and coordinate employee engagement recognition events
Manage the Holy Angels’ Volunteer Program
Communicating with volunteers on a monthly basis
Host a Volunteer Appreciation Events
Market the Volunteer Program
Work with volunteers in the AngelWorks Day Program to coordinate monthly training units/units of interest
Events Coordinating
Assist the Development Department/Director with all Holy Angels’ events
Employee Rewards and Recognition
PR/Marketing
Work with outside consultants on developing all marketing materials for Holy Angels
Manage the Holy Angels’ accounts, develop and maintain relationships with all social media outlets
Manage the communications, learn and utilize reporting in designated computer systems
Sends out updates, letters, and invitations
Assist Development Director with tracking and recording metrics
Assist Development Department with writing projects which would include newsletter, funding update letters, foundation, proposals, and press releases
Work with the AngelWorks Manager, Staff and Volunteers to identify units of interest on a monthly basis
Serve on the Holy Angels’ Product Development Committee
Qualification
Required
Entry level, full time Development Coordinator
Work under the direction of the Development Director
Manage and Coordinate Employee Engagement for the organization

Self starter and motivated by working in the Non-profit sector
Degree in Marketing, Graphic Arts or related area required
