$17/hr - $19/hrTEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a contract assignment. This role focuses on processing returned mail and updating customer address information accurately within internal systems.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Process incoming returned mail (approximately 50–150 pieces per day)
Sort, open, and review documents for accuracy and completeness
Research and verify customer information within the core banking system
Update customer addresses and flag accounts for bad addresses when applicable
Prepare and send customer template letters and change-of-address (COA) forms
Re-mail documents when updated address information is available
Document customer number and date on all materials
Scan and archive documents to the departmental drive
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage repetitive tasks in a high-volume environment
Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Ability to learn and navigate internal systems efficiently
Preferred
Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
