Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in decentralized finance (DeFi), treasury management, and digital asset management
Strong analytical skills, experience with financial data analysis, asset allocation, and risk management
Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and DAO ecosystems
Experience in financial reporting, modeling, and preparing comprehensive presentations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote team environment
Prior experience in finance, investment banking, or a similar field is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
