ITAD Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
Shya Workforce Solutions is seeking a results-driven ITAD Sales Executive to grow their IT Asset Disposition business by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts. The role focuses on selling secure, compliant ITAD services including device buyback, data destruction, recycling, and remarketing.

Responsibilities
Generate and close new ITAD business with mid-market and enterprise clients
Sell end-to-end ITAD solutions (device disposition, certified data destruction, recycling, asset recovery)
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
Develop relationships with IT, Security, Procurement, and Compliance stakeholders
Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B sales experience (ITAD, IT services, MSP, cloud, or hardware lifecycle preferred)
Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and data security concepts
Proven deal-closing ability and strong communication skills
Comfortable engaging senior IT decision-makers
