Overseas Sales Manager Position

Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily management of the overseas sales team, including goal breakdown, performance evaluation, and professional training
Develop regional sales strategies, lead the team in acquiring new clients, maintaining key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets
Regularly analyze market trends and competitive landscape, submit sales forecasts and market expansion plans
Serve as the key link between the domestic technical team and the overseas sales team, efficiently communicating product information, technical requirements, and customer feedback
Organize and participate in product training and technical Q&A sessions to ensure the sales team has an in-depth understanding of the products
Assist in handling customized customer requirements and promote solution optimization within the technical team
Develop local agent and partner networks to optimize the channel system
Represent the company at industry exhibitions and technical seminars to enhance brand visibility in the North American market
Coordinate order processing, logistics follow-up, and customer payment collection, working closely with the domestic operations team
Qualification
Required
Must be willing to accept frequent international travel (primarily to Europe and the United States) and possess multiple-entry visas for Europe and the United States
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English is required
Proven experience working effectively in multicultural environments
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in lasers, optical equipment, precision instruments, or related high-tech B2B industries, with at least 3 years in team management
Familiarity with the European and American laser markets, and possessing an established customer network
Demonstrated sales leadership: Ability to motivate teams, develop strategies, and achieve performance goals
Technical comprehension: Capable of quickly learning product technical features and translating them into customer value propositions
Excellent coordination skills: Skilled in cross-time zone and cross-departmental collaboration, with a problem-solving approach
Adaptability to the fast-paced environment of a startup or rapidly growing company
Preferred
Proficiency in other European languages (e.g., German, French) is preferred
Familiarity with the European and American laser markets, and possessing an established customer network is preferred
