Responsibilities
Must have some jury trial experience plus significant copious amounts of experience handling hearings, including expert depositions, mediations, and taking depositions
Your job will involve client communication, networking, negotiating, researching, drafting, arguing and staying organized
You will need to be sufficient in navigating and searching the internet, operating basic office equipment, competently using Excel forms and case management software for tracking of data
You will be expected to push your docket and produce
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years in personal injury litigation
Some jury trial experience
Significant experience handling hearings, including expert depositions, mediations, and taking depositions
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly formatting Word documents
Sufficient in navigating and searching the internet
Competently using Excel forms and case management software for tracking of data
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Ability to handle difficult situations with compassion and control
Work authorization in the United States
Preferred
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
