Responsibilities
Lead and manage relationships with family offices, private capital partners, and relationship banks
Serve as a senior representative of the platform to external capital stakeholders
Support the development of capital structures aligned with long-term operating performance
Participate in transaction structuring alongside operators and leadership
Provide perspective on leverage, lender alignment, and downside protection
Support transactions through closing with a focus on long-term governance and execution
Help institutionalize repeatable capital relationships across the platform
Contribute to internal standards around capital alignment and risk management
Support the evolution of OXC’s capital deployment framework as the platform grows
Qualification
Required
Senior experience in investment banking, private capital, independent sponsorship, or principal investing
Established relationships with family offices, private lenders, or banking institutions
Strong judgment around capital structure, risk, and long-term alignment
Preferred
Experience in automotive retail or asset-heavy operating businesses
Comfort operating in environments where responsibility and impact scale together
