Senior Product Manager, YouTube Comments

Responsibilities
Define the strategy, goals, roadmap, and success metrics for comments features
Understand user needs, translating insights into compelling product experiences
Build intuitive experiences to power conversations and drive engagement
Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to bring product goals to life
Utilize data-driven decision-making to measure performance, identify improvement areas, and iterate on the product experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in consumer product management
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
Experience with front end product development working with User Experience (UX) design
Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies
Preferred
Master's degree in a technology or business related field
Experience using data to inform product decisions
Experience with community-focused products or creator tools
Knowledge of YouTube's platform ecosystem, creators, and viewers
Ability to translate user needs and business objectives into detailed product specifications and roadmaps
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science
