Responsibilities
Assist technicians with basic tasks such as panel removal, cleaning, and component preparation
Support inspections and repairs under supervision
Perform basic troubleshooting tasks as training progresses
Maintain tool control, cleanliness, and organization
Prepare parts, consumables, and documentation for field visits
Assist with loading/unloading mobile service vehicles
Help prepare work orders, checklists, and maintenance records
Follow all company safety policies and field procedures
Participate in training and development activities
Interact professionally with customers as needed
Support technicians with on-site logistics and setup
Qualification
Required
Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in aviation maintenance
High school diploma or technical program enrollment
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
Preferred
Basic knowledge of aircraft systems
Experience with hand tools, automotive or mechanical work
Currently working towards an A&P certification or a recent graduate with said certification. (*Highly Preferred*)
