STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) professional to join a fast-growing FinTech client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementations, customizations, and integrations, and will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications
Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows
Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript customizations
Implement security roles, field-level security, and data access controls
Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using Power Platform, REST APIs, and Azure services
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation
Perform data migration, data validation, and system upgrades
Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
Strong experience with Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Web API, Plugins, and Workflows
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus preferred)
Experience with system integrations and data migration
Solid understanding of CRM data models and security concepts
Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred

Experience working with FinTech or Financial Services clients
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (PL-200, PL-400, MB-210, MB-230, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for Dynamics deployments
Exposure to compliance and security standards relevant to financial systems
