Lead and mentor the accounting team
Qualification
Required
Financial Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GAAP, and Regulatory Compliance
Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Analysis
Experience with Accounting Software and ERP Systems
Leadership, Team Management skills, and excellent Analytical skills
Outstanding Communication and Problem-Solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
CPA or CMA designation is a plus
Previous experience in a Controller or similar financial leadership role
