They are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator / Manager / Director to help grow ticket sales, sponsorships, and community support for their concerts and events.

Responsibilities
Help drive ticket sales for concerts and events
Reach out to businesses and individuals for sponsorships and support
Assist with donor outreach and fundraising campaigns
Manage and grow social media and online promotions
Help update the website and event listings
Maintain contact lists and basic CRM/database records
Conduct outreach calls and emails
Represent Jazz in the Berkshires at local events when needed
Qualification
Required
Motivated, organized, and outgoing
Help drive ticket sales for concerts and events
Reach out to businesses and individuals for sponsorships and support
Assist with donor outreach and fundraising campaigns
Manage and grow social media and online promotions
Help update the website and event listings
Maintain contact lists and basic CRM/database records
Conduct outreach calls and emails
Represent Jazz in the Berkshires at local events when needed
Interested in sales, marketing, fundraising, events, or the arts
Comfortable talking to people by phone, email, and in person
Organized, reliable, and able to follow through
Familiar with social media and basic digital tools
Excited to help grow a nonprofit arts organization
This role is open to early-career professionals and college students. Training and support will be provided
Preferred
Experience with nonprofits, arts organizations, or event promotion
Familiarity with CRM systems or ticketing platforms
Knowledge of the Berkshires community
Passion for jazz, music, or live events
