Responsibilities
Partner with Cross-Functional teams and Sales Leaders to understand drivers of business performance and provide clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities
Lead decision making on investment strategies for products, identification of key market drivers for business generation and business profitability, and resource allocation
Interact with other Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to assure strategic and investigative alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency to drive scalable analyses, tools and insights
Manage and assist with various ad hoc projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or a relevant advanced degree
Experience in SQL or Programming
Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling within a multinational company setting
Preferred
Experience working with datasets and coding languages, database, automation or business intelligence skills (e.g., SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, Python, Tableu, Looker, etc)
Experience partnering with executive leadership and managing impact
Ability to take initiative, be independent, and comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to be organised, detail oriented, strategically focused and effortlessly multi-task in a fluid environment
