Using a proven stack: high quality data, buyer intent signals, and multichannel automation
Owning deals from first conversation to close
Working inside a live CRM with real traction

Required

Commercially driven Business Development Manager
Experience in closing SMB and partnership deals
Ability to work with warm and outbound opportunities generated through systems
Experience using high quality data, buyer intent signals, and multichannel automation
Ownership of deals from first conversation to close
Experience working inside a live CRM with real traction
True BDM or closer (not an SDR)
Comfortable being judged on revenue, not activity
Motivated by commission and upside
Ability to work independently and commercially
Hungry and outcome focused
