Connect with clients who’ve requested insurance coverage
Educate families on available plans based on their budget and needs
Run virtual appointments via Zoom
Follow a simple, proven sales system
Plug into ongoing training and coaching
Qualification
Required
You'll need a Life and Health Insurance License to get started (we'll help you get it quickly with a self-paced online course that takes 7–10 days)
You're great with people and know how to build trust
You're coachable, driven, and love a good challenge
You're self-motivated and want more than just a paycheck
You value integrity and don't cut corners
Preferred
You've got previous experience in sales or customer service (not required but helpful)
Full-time strongly preferred, though part-time opportunities exist for the right candidates
