Qualification
Required
Proficiency in creating engaging, platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, including short-form video, stories, and static posts
Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence directing and collaborating with team members for on-camera and behind-the-scenes content
Experience using analytics and insights tools to evaluate content performance and optimize future posts
Highly creative mindset with a strong visual eye and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt quickly in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
Preferred
Background or experience in the events or décor industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
