Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
7+ years' experience in business development within the rigid packaging industry
Strong knowledge of the rigid packaging market, Caps and Closures and its key players
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to travel occasionally for key meetings and industry events
