Part-Time IT Support Specialist (Tier 1/2)
Confident Cyber Tech Solutions, LLC is looking for a part-time IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide front-line technical support at one of our client sites. The role involves providing Tier 1/2 desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues, as well as responding to helpdesk tickets and assisting with user account management.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1/2 desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues
Deliver hands-on deskside support to end users
Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets
Set up and configure workstations, printers, and peripherals
Assist with user account management and access requests
Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system
Coordinate with our MSP team on escalations and infrastructure issues
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of helpdesk or desktop support experience
Solid understanding of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation
Preferred
CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification
Active Directory experience
Ticketing system experience
