Recruit, train, and develop sales teams including Assistant Managers and associates
Analyze sales data to set targets, optimize inventory, and implement revenue strategies
Ensure showroom excellence through visual merchandising, operations, and customer service standards
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and financial performance reporting
Qualification
Required
Proven retail sales leadership with strong team development experience
Analytical skills for sales metrics, inventory optimization, and financial management
Excellent communication for coaching, hiring, and customer relationship building
