Responsibilities
Drafting new templates of contracts and adapting them for various jurisdictions
Participating in negotiations with counterparties, ensuring balance of interests
Reviewing and amending contracts to identify and mitigate legal risks
Coordinating and monitoring the signing process, including electronic signatures
Maintaining the internal contract database, tracking obligations, deadlines, and renewals
Providing quick operational legal support to business units
Qualification
Required
Law degree from a reputable university; international LL.M degree is a plus
3+ years of experience in contract law, commercial agreements, or IT/FinTech legal practice
Strong drafting and negotiation skills under English and EU law
Excellent command of English (advanced level is a must)
Experience in drafting and negotiating B2B, White Label, Turnkey, IT services, marketing, employment, and consultancy contracts
Strong organizational and administrative skills in managing contract lifecycle and compliance
Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
Preferred
Russian or Ukrainian will be an advantage
