Responsibilities
Deconstruct the company's overall strategy into actionable operational objectives and key milestones
Design and continuously optimize the company's operational structure, processes, and management mechanisms
Establish a cross-departmental collaboration system to ensure the efficient implementation of strategic decisions
Maintain operational stability during periods of rapid growth or business transformation
Design and optimize core business processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Establish standardized operating procedures, SOPs, and internal control systems
Promote process automation and systematization to reduce reliance on manual processes
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive cross-team solutions
Build and manage operational teams (operations, support, process, project, etc.)
Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and reporting mechanisms to improve organizational efficiency
Establish a performance evaluation system to drive results-oriented performance and continuous improvement
Cultivate operational management talent with strong execution and a holistic perspective
Define and monitor key operational indicators (KPIs/OKRs)
Utilize data analysis to identify problems, evaluate efficiency, and optimize decision-making
Provide clear and actionable operational insights to management
Ensure operational transparency and predictability
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, technology, finance, and compliance teams
Support revenue growth while controlling operational costs and risks
Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure robust business operations in highly regulated or high-risk environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
10+ years of experience in operations or related management, with at least 5 years of senior management or core management experience
Strong cross-functional management and complex problem-solving skills
Data-driven, strong execution ability, and systematic thinking
Preferred
Experience in building operational systems from scratch or scaling existing systems is preferred
