Responsibilities
Contribute to projects from schematic design through construction documentation
Develop detailed drawing sets, planting plans, and technical details
Build and refine 3D models and visualizations
Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and approvals
Collaborate closely with principals, designers, architects, engineers, and contractors
Participate in site visits and construction coordination as projects progress
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Landscape Architecture with significant experience on high-end residential and estate projects
Strong command of construction detailing, site assemblies, and technical documentation
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for permit and construction drawing sets including Sheet Set
Fluency in SketchUp and Lumion for 3D modeling and design visualization
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for refined presentations
Solid understanding of grading, drainage, and coordination with architectural and engineering teams
Ability to translate design intent into clear, elegant drawings and details
Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-driven with a strong design sensibility
