Responsibilities
Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc
Confer with customers or service adviser to obtain descriptions of customers concerns and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements
Test-drive vehicles and test components systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Qualification
Required
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
The individual must possess a high degree of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Excellent communication skills
Maintain his/her work place clean and organized
Follows all safety procedures
Adherence to Company's policies and procedures
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must have Ford Certifications or at least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
Candidate must have tools, mechanical aptitude, possess a positive attitude working within a team, be reliable and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Must have a valid Florida driver's license
