Responsibilities
Organizes, prioritizes and generally coordinates process of obtaining land surveys for jobs and/or individual job sites as required by clients
Oversees various projects of a complex nature
Maintains frequent client and/or vendor contact, providing status and issue resolution on a regular and as-needed basis
Coordinates with contracting and quality control team members to ensure that surveys are timely and complete, meeting both contractual obligations and client needs
Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, and staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources
Work closely with all parties in the transaction, CDS staff, and vendors completing the work
Responsible for review of comments, management of vendor and issuance of revised Surveys
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of directly related experience
Conceptual understanding of current technologies and methodologies to plan and communicate effectively with project team and sponsors
Experience with project management methodologies and techniques, and their application in business and technical environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organization and prioritization skills
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook programs
Must be customer-focused with a positive outlook and willingness to work in team-environment
Experience with reading Title and/or Land Surveys
