The role involves partnering with hiring leaders, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while maintaining compliance and communication.

Responsibilities
You’ll manage a steady flow of requisitions across multiple locations and specialties, proactively source candidates, conduct high-volume phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through offers, background checks, and credentialing
You’ll track recruiting metrics, spot bottlenecks, and continuously fine-tune how hiring gets done, all while keeping hiring managers informed and candidates engaged
Qualification
Required
You must currently live in the state of Indiana
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally within healthcare
Full-cycle recruiting experience (intake → offer → onboarding)
Strong sourcing skills across job boards, resume databases, referrals, social platforms, and events
Comfort conducting high-volume screens and documenting activity in an ATS
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Clear, professional communication with both candidates and hiring leaders
Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to compliance and detail
Preferred
Direct experience recruiting clinical or licensed healthcare professionals
Multi-location or enterprise-scale hiring experience
Exposure to recruitment marketing, career fairs, or hiring events
