eSystems, Inc. is a fast-growing Systems Integrator based in Princeton, New Jersey, seeking an ETL Developer/SQL tester with AWS experience. The role involves designing and maintaining ETL pipelines, analyzing data models, troubleshooting data issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

Designing, building, and maintaining ETL pipelines
Analyzing data models and business requirements
Troubleshooting data issues and optimizing performance
Creating documentation for processes and systems
Data Validation: Query the database to verify that data is correctly inserted, updated, and deleted by the application, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Design, Create and Execute Test Cases:
Backend Testing: Validating backend logic and data processing that might not be immediately visible through the user interface
Collaboration: Working closely with developers and business analysts to understand data requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage

Required

Minimum Relevant Experience: 7 Years
SQL - Writing Complex Queries, understanding Database Relationships, debugging and performance tuning
Experience working with different DB systems such as MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server or similar DBs
ETL tools - Hands-on experience with cloud-based tools
Understanding data modeling
Experience with DevOps
Experience with SQL scripting and relational database modeling
Experience working with creating AWS ETL jobs, data pipelines with high volumes of data
Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools
Analyze and plan testing, write test cases, execute manual and automated tests, use technical skills for deeper testing
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
Experience programming and testing large scale cloud solutions
