Responsibilities
Leading the transformation of a business
Ensuring critical deliverables, such as business capability models, business capabilities, and value streams, are developed and implemented
Provides a point of view to clients on meeting their business requirements utilizing Package/SaaS software solutions
Understanding client business needs, and ability map those to the application functionalities
Ensure seamless functionality delivery of the application being developed
Ensure that the application being developed matches client business needs, both stated and the unstated ones
Support or lead bids
Operate at director level in major client organizations
Master one or more business or industry domains
Responsible for functional guidance over the whole project or application life cycle
Leverage relationships with colleagues, partners and clients to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings
Qualification
Required
Ability to understand client business needs and map those to application functionalities
Experience in ensuring seamless functionality delivery of applications being developed
Capability to ensure that applications match client business needs, both stated and unstated
Experience in supporting or leading bids
Ability to operate at director level in major client organizations
Mastery of one or more business or industry domains
Responsibility for functional guidance over the whole project or application life cycle
Ability to leverage relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings
