Responsibilities
Delivering analyses with impressive spreadsheet skills
Managing client onboarding projects
Reviewing and interpreting financial statements
Assisting in the design of client financial and operational reporting metrics
Supporting the advisory team with your analytics, creativity, wisdom and wit
Qualification
Required
Thorough understanding of all three financial statements
At least 5 years of progressive analytics experience
Expert-level spreadsheet skills
Financial acumen rooted in an in-depth knowledge of accounting
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience
Passion for helping small business clients
Collaborative mindset for solving client challenges
Excellence in self-directed workflow, prioritization, and time management
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Aptitude for delighting clients by anticipating their needs
Must be based in the Charlottesville area or have ties to the region
